Debbie Russell serves as President of Towne Benefits. In this role, Debbie is responsible for leading the Towne Benefits division in our commitment to growth while fulfilling the mission, vision, and purpose of Towne Insurance. She is based in the Norfolk, Virginia office.
Debbie has over 30 years of leadership, operational, and management experience in various industries, including commercial, retail, and investment banking, education, and management consulting. She has extensive knowledge in helping organizations plan and grow strategically, improve operations, and further develop partner and client relationships.
As a leader in the Hampton Roads community for the last 20 years, Debbie fully embraces Towne’s commitment to serving others and enriching lives.
